If you know there will be a period of time that you don’t want to receive ZygoHub messages on your phone, you can easily switch them off. This can be done from your phone, or by visiting the website.

From your phone simply send a text message to your ZygoHub containing the single word OFF: it needn’t be in capitals. When you return, and want to start receiving messages again, simply send a text message to your ZygoHub with the single word ON, again this needn’t be in capitals.

From the website, click on the ‘Settings’ tab and then select Your Alerts.

All the messages that are sent to your ZygoHub when you are away can still be viewed on the website.

Your ZygoHub will not be charged for messages that are not sent to your phone
