I seem to have stopped receiving messages on my phone: what has happened?

If your phone has been off for 2 days or more it’s possible that we have marked your phone as being unable to receive messages. When this happens, we temporarily stop trying to send messages to your phone to save your group money.

Simply send the word ON from your phone to your Hub number. You’ll start receiving messages again. You can look at all the messages you missed while your phone was off by logging in to the ZygoHubs web site.
