With large groups of people, having everyone sending messages to everyone else can be annoying and uses up a lot of credits quickly. However, you can set up your ZygoHub so that only you and (if necessary) one or two other people can send and receive messages to and from the whole group.
To do this, as the hub’s administrator, you should go to Hub Settings -> Permissions and select ‘Restricted’. By default, this means that now only the administrator (you) can send and receive messages to and from the rest of the group. If you want other members be able to do this as well, go the Members page and set those members as ‘Authors’. Obviously, if you set all members as Authors it will be the same as having an ordinary, unrestricted group.
If a member who is not set as an Author sends a message, it will only be delivered to the administrator (you) and any members set as Authors.
